Visit the SEC's website (www.sec.gov) and identify a company that has been recently cited for revenue recognition problems. Assume that you are the company's external auditor. Prepare a business memo summarizing the revenue recognition issues for the company and recommended conclusions for them. The following format should be used -
1. Facts
2. Issues at hand
3. Applicable law
4. Recommended conclusion
The memo should be single spaced and should be 2 to 3 pages long.
